TOURISM CONSULTANCY FOR IFIS
AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES

Tourism and culture have a critical role to play in the delivery of the UN sustainable development goals (SDGs). Maximum Exposure’s team provides tourism consultancy to international financial institutions (IFIs), development organisations, and their delivery partners to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate projects in the tourism and culture sectors.

With Maximum Exposure's support, the REDP disbursed more than 600 matching grants to tourism and agribusiness MSMEs in Tajikistan.

Maximum Exposure supplies IFIs, development organisations, and their delivery partners with short-term consultants (STCs) and support staff on flexible terms. Sometimes, we bid for publicly advertised consultancy tenders; on other occasions, clients contact and contract us directly because they’ve worked with us before or heard of our reputation. Thanks to the diverse experience and skillsets of our team, we can offer a broad range of tourism and culture consultancy services, including:

  • The scoping and design of tourism and culture development projects, including the preparation of budgets, timescales, and procurement strategies;
  • Drafting of terms of reference (TORs), the identification of qualified companies and consultants, and evaluation of bids and applications;
  • Design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of matching grant programmes;
  • Research, analysis, and report writing for both internal and external audiences;
  • Policy reviews and the drafting of tourism legislation, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Capacity building for the public and private sectors;
  • Multi-media communication of project activities and success stories in-country and abroad.
